My professional background is Psychology and Pedagogy. I’ve been a PSI graduate member working as a psychotherapist in the Psychological Centre ‘Parasol’. I’ve also been giving lectures for couples preparing for marriage as well as workshops of various backgrounds.
In the first three years of life every human being undergoes yet a second birth, in which he is born as a psychological being possessing selfhood and separate identity. The quality of self an infant achieves in those crucial three years will profoundly affect all of his subsequent existence.
In my work my main conviction is that everyone has a chance of being himself and as such remains happy among other people.
In an individual psychotherapy I’ve been always trying to support my clients in the search of their own self. Being invited to the inner world of emotions desires and believes my aim is to help finding the sources of many, often incoherent behaviours and thoughts as well as the sources of anxiety and endured difficulties.
My work is based on the psychotherapeutic experience of psychodynamic and systemic school; I’ve been also under systematic supervision.
My current main interest is early bonding in human life. I’m fascinated by discovering the impact of various experiences during the very first moments of our lives on the personality, how it influences who we become later in our lives. In my research I focus mostly on the dynamics in couple’s relationship and how it correlates with the new born in the family. I share my reflections and thoughts during the lectures and workshops.
